Appointments, changes and cancellations
When you receive your appointment please check the appointment details and contact us if you can't make the date.
Notifying us when you can't attend an appointment will allow us to find a new time and date for you and give your original appointment to someone else. If you don't come to your appointment and don't let us know, you may be discharged from our care back to your GP.
Changing or cancelling an appointment
To change or cancel your outpatient appointment in Chelsea please call the Outpatient Administration team on 020 7808 2464 between 9am and 4.30pm.
To change or cancel your outpatient appointment in Sutton please contact the Outpatient Administration team on 020 8661 3430 between 9am and 4.30pm.

Cancellations by us
We endeavour to keep every appointment we make, however occasionally medical emergencies and unforeseen circumstances mean that we may need to cancel your appointment. If this does occur we would like to apologise for any inconvenience and we will contact you to arrange another appointment.
How do I change my contact details?
You can either inform the staff at the Registration Office (call 020 7808 2402 if you are a Chelsea patient or 020 8661 3428 if you are a Sutton patient) or at the reception desk in the Outpatients Department when you come in for your appointment.
