Nicola specialises in the management of all aspects of breast disease. She provides an oncoplastic approach to surgery, which combines plastic surgical techniques with oncological principles. She works in close collaboration with expert Medical Oncology, Genetic and Plastic Surgical Colleagues.

Nicola is particularly interested in reducing variation in care and ensuring equitable access to best practice for all patients. She sits on the practice and standards committee of the Association of Breast Surgery and on the Breast Clinical Expert Group which advises Cancer Alliances on best practice. She is regularly featured in Tatler's top 250 consultants.
