Dr Nadia Yousaf qualified from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and undertook her general medical training at University Hospital of Leicester NHS Trust. She undertook research at the Department of Infection, Immunity and Inflammation at Leicester University and was awarded an MD in 2013.
She completed her specialist training in Medical Oncology at St Luke's Cancer Centre, Guildford and The Royal Marsden Hospital in 2014.
Her main interests are how to proactively identify patients who are more vulnerable to treatment related toxicities or complications of their cancer and how to improve the management of immunotherapy related toxicities.
Dr Yousaf is also actively involved in clinical research into novel treatments for patients with thoracic malignancies.
