I graduated from the University of Southampton Medical school in 2001 and trained in paediatrics at the Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel. I then spent a year in The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Australia, treating children with cancer diagnoses.
On my return to the UK I worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children which led to me seeking out further training in Haematology. This took place at Great Ormond Street and Kings College Hospital, London, where my interest in transplant stems from.
I am a member of the Histiocyte society and Histiocytic disorders national advisory group, who seek better treatments for patients with these rare disorders.
