In particular we will review recent advances in adjuvant treatment, together with changes to shorten the delivery of radiotherapy, and predictive tools to personalise decision making in neo-adjuvant endocrine therapy. Indeed some of these research findings were rapidly integrated into clinical practice during the pandemic. Approaches to prioritisation for both surgical and medical treatments to manage risk during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic will be reviewed and discussed, together with the role of the extended multi-disciplinary team. We will conclude the meeting with the ever popular MDT panel discussing ‘live’ cases, which we hope will stimulate discussion on-line and lively debate.
