We want to make this website accessible to as many people as possible.
We aim to ensure that our website conforms to WCAG 2.0 Level AA, with the exception of pages including embedded audiovisual content where it is sadly not possible to meet this standard.
The site has been designed to enable sensible reading and navigation by screen readers, speech browsers and mobile devices.
If you need to change the appearance of this website, we recommend that you use browser settings to do so. The site has been designed to accommodate browser based zooming of +/- 2 level.
In addition, we use Recite Me, a cloud-based assistive technology toolbar that makes all of our websites digitally inclusive by allowing visitors to customise the content so that they can consume it in ways that work best for them. This toolbar increases inclusivity by supporting people who are neurodiverse, have dyslexia, are visually impaired, speak English as a second language, and so on. Available across all of our websites, and mobile responsive, it allows visitors to make adjustments to all elements of the page including text, graphics, language, and navigation.
To enable the Recite Me toolbar, click on the accessibility symbol on the right hand side of the page.
Visit the Recite Me website for more information.

AccessAble have developed maps of both our Sutton and Chelsea hospitals to show accessibility. Click here to view the guides.
