Biography
Dr Wood trained at the UCL and Royal Free Medical School. She did her postgraduate training in General Medicine (MRCP) in and around London before specialising in palliative medicine. Her interests include pain, symptom control and medical ethics.
Her team provides symptom control for patients attending The Royal Marsden, irrespective of their diagnosis or stage of disease. They work in conjunction with the oncology teams and other support services to ensure the best quality of life for patients.
