The deadline for nominations was Friday 9 December 2011.
Ballot papers were dispatched to members eligible to vote on Thursday 5 January 2012. Eligibility is determined by a Member’s relationship to The Royal Marsden. Public Members living outside Kensington & Chelsea and Sutton & Merton boroughs are eligible to vote during this particular election.
Completed ballot papers had to be received by the Independent Scrutineer (Electoral Reform Services Ltd) no later than 12 noon on Monday 30 January 2012.
