Whether you’ve been delighted or disappointed with your experience of The Royal Marsden we want to hear from you. Your feedback will help us improve the service we provide to patients and their families and carers in the future.
There are many ways to send us your comments:
Talk to our staff
If you are at one of our hospitals, our friendly staff will be able to help you or put you in touch with the people who can help you.
Feedback forms
Our
online form allows you to submit general feedback, compliments and complaints.
You can also find comment and suggestion forms at information points throughout the hospitals.
Contact PALS
You can get in touch with the
Patient Advice and Liaison Service by phone, email or in writing.
Write a review at NHS Choices
Patients are invited to submit their feedback and rate The Royal Marsden at the NHS Choices website. There is a page each for our
Chelsea and
Sutton hospitals.
Influence future developments
You can have your say on how the hospital is run, from the smallest detail to the largest scheme, by joining the
Patient and Carer Advisory Group or becoming a
Foundation Trust member.
Your rights
Any comments that you make will not affect your future treatment or care at The Royal Marsden.
